- Yes. We export from Germany and Portugal to retailers, distributors, and brands worldwide. We can ship by sea, air, or road and prepare export documentation.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- MOQs depend on the product and level of customization. For stock products MOQs typically start in the low thousands of units; for private label they start higher. Share your requirements via the quote form and we'll respond with exact figures.
- Can you produce private-label or white-label candles?
- Yes. We offer end-to-end private-label production: formulation, fragrance development, vessels, packaging, and labelling. Your brand on candles made in our EU factories.
- What are typical lead times?
- Stock products typically ship within 2–4 weeks of order confirmation. Custom and private-label projects typically run 6–10 weeks from approved samples, depending on complexity and order volume.
- Are your candles compliant with EU regulations?
- Yes. We label and document according to CLP (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) for scented products and meet EN 15426 (sooting) and EN 15493 (fire safety) for general candle safety.
